What is hemp oil. And WHY? Kaj je konopljino olje, ter zakaj?

Hemp oil has a positive impact on the prevention of many diseases! Until recently one could only read in the literature that used hemp oil for food for cats. Since I have chosen ingredients hemp seed oil, I can say that this oil because of its favorable composition really positive impact on preventing cardiovascular disease, the limitation of the unpleasant effects of premenstrual syndrome, but also to address the problems that arise due to multiple sclerosis , cancer and schizophrenia.

Description of hemp oil:
Hemp oil is very rich because it contains eight essential amino acids, rich in vitamins B complex and vitamin E. Hemp seed oil - which is not to be confused with hašiševim oil - many once and polyunsaturated fatty acids. Almost 90 per cent, which is extremely important for human consumption.

It should be particularly noted that hemp oil contains 50 to 70 percent linoleic (omega-6) acid and from 15 to 25 percent alfalinolenske acids, which today is called as omega-3 fatty acid. Thus, from 10 to 20 grams of hemp seed oil meet the daily requirements for these two essential fatty acids.

I must stress that the oil can be used in various medical purposes. The oil also contains gamalinolensko acid (GLA), which is important for the immune system. It also increases the formation of prostaglandins and thereby promotes healing of inflammatory processes. Hemp Oil
is the only cooking oil that contains this important ingredient. The oil is then possible to replace expensive capsules of GLA.

Beneficial effects of gamma linolenic nevrodermitisu, premenstrual syndrome, rheumatic arthritis, and neuropathic diabtični, alfalinolenska acid and may help
in the treatment of cardiovascular disease. Hemp oil is relatively high amounts of omega-3 acids, which are involved in the metabolism of cholesterol, prevents blood clotting, as
platelet adhesion barrier.

Since chronic inflammation often due to a weak immune system, omega-3 fatty acids alleviate inflammatory processes, recommend the use of hemp seed oil and rheumatoid arthritis, chronic inflammation of the bladder, or psoriasis. psoriasis, ulcerative colitis and other chronic intestinal inflammation, as well as joint damage and movement disorders.

Omega-3 fatty acids - and with it the cannabis oil - are very helpful in relieving pain. Use it in patients with AIDS, glaucoma, asthma, epilepsy and even some other pain conditions.

pozitivni učinki konopljinega olja

Konopljino olje pozitivno vpliva na preprečevanje številnih bolezni! Do nedavnega se je dalo v literaturi prebrati le to, da konopljino olje uporabljajo za prehrano mačk. Ker sem se poglobil v sestavine konopljinega olja, lahko povem, da to olje zaradi svoje ugodne sestave v resnici pozitivno vpliva na preprečevanje bolezni srca in ožilja, na omejevanje neprijetnih učinkov predmenstrualnega sindroma, pa tudi na odpravljanje težav, ki se pojavljajo zaradi multiple skleroze, raka in shizofrenije.

Opis konopljinega olja
Konopljino olje je zelo bogato saj vsebuje kar osem esencialnih aminokislin, veliko vitaminov B kompleksa in vitamin E. Konopljino olje - ki ga ne smemo zamenjati s hašiševim oljem - ima veliko enkrat in večkrat nenasičenih maščobnih kislin. Skoraj 90 odstotkov, kar je izredno pomembno za človeško prehrano.

Ob tem je treba še posebej poudariti, da vsebuje konopljino olje od 50 do 70 odstotkov linolne (omega-6) kisline in od 15 do 25 odstotkov alfalinolenske kisline, ki ji danes pravimo kar omega-3 maščobna kislina. Tako že od 10 do 20 gramov konopljinega olja zadovolji dnevne potrebe po teh dveh esencialnih maščobnih kislinah.

Poudariti moram, da je olje mogoče uporabljati tudi v različne zdravstvene namene. Olje vsebuje tudi gamalinolensko kislino (GLA), ki je pomembna za imunsko odpornost. Povečuje tudi tvorbo prostaglandinov in s tem pospešuje zdravljenje vnetnih procesov. Olje iz konoplje
je edino JEDILNO olje, ki vsebuje to pomembno sestavino. S tem oljem je torej mogoče nadomestiti drage kapsule GLA.

Gamalinolenska učinkuje ugodno pri nevrodermitisu, predmenstrualnem sindromu, revmatičnem artritisu in diabtični nevropatiji, alfalinolenska kislina pa je lahko v pomoč
pri zdravljenju bolezni srca in ožilja. Konopljino olje zaradi razmeroma visoke količine omega-3 kislin, ki se vpletajo v presnovo holesterola, preprečuje tudi strjevanje krvi, saj
ovira lepljenje trombocitov.

Ker so kronična vnetja neredko posledica šibkega imunskega sistema, omega-3 maščobne kisline pa blažijo vnetne procese, priporočajo uporabo konopljinega olja tudi pri revmatoidnem artritisu, kroničnem vnetju mehurja, psoriazi oz. luskavici, pri ulceroznem kolitisu ter drugih kroničnih vnetjih črevesja, pa tudi pri okvarah sklepov in motnjah gibanja.

Omega-3 maščobne kisline - s tem pa tudi konopljino olje - so v veliko pomoč pri lajšanju bolečin. Uporabljajo ga tudi pri bolnikih z AIDS-om, glavkomom, astmo, epilepsijo in še pri nekaterih drugih bolečinskih stanjih.
